Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule
and all necessary rules on March 31, 2011 to consider HB 1522, HB 1823, HB
2271, HB 2419, HB 2643, HB 3287, and HB 3510 and a suspension of the 5-day
posting rule and all necessary rules on April 2, 2011, to consider HB 1822, HB
1936, and the previously scheduled agenda, the House Committee on Licensing
& Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order
by the chair, Representative Hamilton, at 9:02 a.m.
