Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
May 12, 2011, and being granted permission on May 12, 2011 to meet while the
house was in session in 3W.9 at 6:30 p.m. that same day, the House Committee on
Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a formal meeting and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Hamilton, at 6:32 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:

without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the
