Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Tim Kleinschmidt, at 2:05 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kleinschmidt; Anchia; Anderson, Rodney; Brown; Garza; Lavender; and Margo.

A quorum was present.
