Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2011, and a suspension of all necessary rules and the five day posting rule to convene upon adjournment of the House and being granted permission to meet while the House is in session during the reading and referral of bills February 28, 1011, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliveira, at 1:50 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Oliveira; Brown; Garza; Lavender; and Margo.

 

A quorum was present.
