Pursuant to permission granted to meet while the house is in session and an announcement from the house floor on May 3, 2011, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, at 3:19 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson; Elkins; Harper-Brown; Larson; Orr; and Scott.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Darby moved that the floor amendments to HB 1988, HB 2160, HB 2367, and HB 2655 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, May 5, 2011.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Larson moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House  Calendars Committee: HB 152, HB 1408, HB 2348, HB 2493.  The motion prevailed without objection.
