Pursuant to a notice posted on November 9, 2012, the House Committee on Manufacturing, Interim met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murphy, at 1:30 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Murphy; Rodriguez, Eddie; Button; Frullo; Kuempel; and Munoz, Jr..

The committee met at Texas Instruments Incorporated at 12500 T.I. Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75243 for a presentation and tour.

At 3:10 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
