On May 17, 2011, the House Committee on Natural
Resources authorized the correction of the
minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Natural Resources held
on May 10, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor and
suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 09, 2011 to consider HB 3864, HB
3865, HB 3866, SB 573, SB 728, SB 907, SB 987, SB 1132, SB 1225, SB 1295, SB 1361 and
pending business, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public
hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 8:05
a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Ritter; King, Tracy O.; Beck; Creighton; Hopson; Miller, Doug;
and Price.
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the April 26, 2011 minutes
for the House Committee on Natural Resources be corrected. The corrected
