Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
May 17, 2011 and permission granted to meet while the house is in session
during reading and referrals on May 17, 2011 to consider SB 609, SB 635, SB 765, SB 907, SB 987, SB 1058, SB 1073, SB
1225, SB 1875, SB 1877, SB 1880, SB
1881, SB 1899, and pending business the House Committee on Natural Resources
met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Ritter, at 5:28 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives
Ritter; King, Tracy O.; Beck; Hopson; Larson; Lucio III; Miller, Doug; and
Price.
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the May 10, 2011 minutes for
the House Committee on Natural Resources be corrected. The corrected minutes
were authorized without objection.
