Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor to meet upon lunch recess on May 20, 2011, to consider SB 1913, SB 1914, SB 1915, SB 1916, SB 1920 and pending business the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 12:01 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ritter; Creighton; Hopson; Keffer; Larson; Miller, Doug; and Price.

The chair laid out SB 1913.

 

Representative Keffer moved that SB 1913, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
