Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor to
meet upon lunch recess on May 20, 2011, to consider SB 1913, SB 1914, SB 1915,
SB 1916, SB 1920 and pending business the House Committee on Natural Resources
met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Ritter, at 12:01 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:

without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the
