Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2011, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 8:00 a.m.

At 9:31 a.m., on the motion of Representative Nash and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:00 p.m. or upon final adjourn./recess.

The committee reconvened at 1:04 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt.

Nash; and Orr.
