Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor, and granted permission to meet while the House is in session on May 6, 2011, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 6:49 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Truitt; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Hernandez Luna; Legler; Nash; and Orr.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Hernandez Luna moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Nash moved that HB 3373, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Truitt; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Creighton; Legler; Nash; Orr (6).

 

Nays:                           Representative Hernandez Luna (1).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Anchia; Veasey (2).

 

At 6:51 p.m., on the motion of Representative Anderson, Charles "Doc" and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
