Pursuant to a notice posted on May 11, 2011, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Business & Industry and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 8:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Truitt; Nash; and Orr.

(Representative Creighton now present.)

At 10:58 a.m., on the motion of Representative Legler and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess.

 

The committee reconvened at 5:32 p.m. and was called to order by Representative Orr.
