Pursuant to a notice posted on April 7, 2011, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Eissler, at 2:03 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Eissler; Hochberg; Allen; Aycock; Huberty; Shelton; and Smith, Todd.

The chair directed that the March 15, 2011 minutes for the House Committee on Public Education be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
