Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 5, 2011, the House Committee on Public Education was granted permission to met in a formal meeting while the House was in session. The meeting was called to order by the chair, Representative Eissler, at 12:02 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Eissler; Hochberg; Guillen; Huberty; Shelton; Smith, Todd; Strama; and Weber.
