Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 16, 2011, the House Committee on Public Education was given permission to meet on May 16, 2011 while the House was in session.  The Public Education met  in a formal meeting and was called to order by the committee chair, Representative Eissler, at 2:01 p.m.
