to an announcement from the house floor on April 4, 2011 and pursuant to
permission granted for the committee to meet while the house is in session
during the reading and referral of bills, the House
Committee on Public Health met in a formal meeting and was called to order by
the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 2:50 p.m.
