MINUTES
On May 9, 2011, the House Committee on Public Health
authorized the correction of the minutes
for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Health held on April 20, 2011.
The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 15, 2011, the
House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to
order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 8:09 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Kolkhorst; Naishtat; Coleman; Gonzales, Veronica; Schwertner;
and Zerwas.
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the April 13, 2011 minutes
for the House Committee on Public Health be corrected. The corrected minutes
were authorized without objection.
HB 3207
The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the
measure was reported from committee. The
motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

Representative Coleman offered a complete committee
