On May 16, 2011, the House Committee on Public
Health authorized the correction of the
minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Health held on
May 4, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 2011 and a suspension of the five-day posting rule to consider HB 415 on May 3, 2011, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Naishtat, at 8:15 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Kolkhorst; Naishtat; Alvarado; Coleman; Gonzales, Veronica;
King, Susan; Schwertner; and Zerwas.
A quorum was present.
