Pursuant to a notice posted on May 18, 2011, the House Committee on Public Health met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 7:10 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Naishtat; Alvarado; Davis, Sarah; Gonzales, Veronica; King, Susan; Schwertner; Truitt; and Zerwas.

A quorum was present.

The Committee met and had dinner.

At 10:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
