On April 5, 2011, the House Committee on Homeland
Security & Public Safety authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety held on March 22, 2011. The
following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 2011, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 21, 2011 to hear HB
1810, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a
public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller,
Sid, at 2:01 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Miller, Sid; Fletcher; Beck; Burnam; Driver; Flynn; Mallory
Caraway; Pena; and Walle.
A quorum was present.
On
March 18, 2011 the chair referred the following bills down to the Subcommittee
on Law Enforcement Issues:
