On April 27, 2011 and May 6, 2011, the House
Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety authorized the correction of
the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety held on April 19, 2011. The
following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 14, 2011, the
House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a public
hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, Sid, at
6:01 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Miller, Sid; Fletcher; Beck; Flynn; Pena; and Walle.
A quorum was present.
The
chair referred the following bills on 4-15, 2011 to the Subcommittee on Law
Enforcement Issues:
