Pursuant to a notice posted on August 14, 2012, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Appropriations – S/C on Articles I, IV, & V and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, Sid, at 10:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Miller, Sid; Fletcher; Beck; and Mallory Caraway.

 

A quorum was present.
