Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
May 12, 2011, and pursuant to permission granted for the committee to meet
while the house was in session, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation
& Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Guillen, at 4:15 p.m.

without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the
