Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 2011, revised on April 5, 2011 and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on on April 6, 2011, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 4:42 p.m.
