On April 19, 2011, and on May 12, 2011, the House
Committee on State Affairs authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on State Affairs held on April 13, 2011. The following are the
corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2011, the
House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to
order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 5:41 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Cook; Menendez; Craddick; Geren; Harless; Hilderbran; Huberty;
Smithee; and Turner.
A quorum was present.

Representative Menendez moved that SB 367,
without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the
