April 26, 2011, and being granted permission on April 26, 2011, for the
committee to meet while the house is in session during bill referral, the House
Committee on State Affairs met in a
formal meeting to consider pending business and was called to order by the
chair, Representative Cook, at 7:14 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
