Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 18, 2011, and permission granted on May 18, 2011, to meet while the house is in session, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 3:34 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows:  Representatives Cook, Menendez, Frullo, Gallego, Geren, Hilderbran, Huberty, and Solomons.
