Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 3, 2011 and permission to meet while the House is in session during bill referral on March 3, 2011, the House Committee on State Sovereignty, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Creighton, at 9:54 p.m.
