On April 20, 2011, the House Committee on
Transportation authorized the correction of the
minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Transportation held on
March 28, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 23, 2011, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 24, 2011, the House
Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by
the chair, Representative Phillips, at 9:02 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Phillips; Fletcher; Harper-Brown; Lavender; McClendon; and
Pickett.
A quorum was present.
