CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 18, 2011, the House Committee on Transportation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Transportation held on April 11, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 8, 2011, and permission granted on April 8, 2011 to meet during bill referral, the House Committee on Transportation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 2:37 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Darby; Davis, Yvonne; Fletcher; Harper-Brown; Martinez, "Mando"; and Pickett.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 1274 as pending business.

 

Representative Harper-Brown offered a complete committee substitute.
