On May 3, 2011, the House Committee on
Transportation authorized the correction of the
minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Transportation held on
April 13, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2011, revised on April 11, 2011, and a suspension
of the five-day posting rule announced from the house floor on April 13,
2011, the House Committee on Transportation
met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Phillips, at 8:11 a.m.
