Pursuant to a notice posted on March 9, 2012, the
House Committee on Transportation met in a joint public hearing with the
House Committee on Environmental Regulation to study the environmental review
process for transportation projects and monitor the implementation of reforms
newly passed by the 82nd Legislature, and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 9:07 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Phillips; Darby; Fletcher; Harper-Brown; and Pickett.
The chair moved that those committee members unable
to attend today’s meeting be excused due to important business in their
districts. There was no objection.

At 11:11 a.m., on the motion of the chair and
without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
