Pursuant to a notice posted on March 9, 2012, the
House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing to review the state
of current transportation infrastructure and how to ensure long-range
sufficiency, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at
1:03 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Phillips; Fletcher; and Pickett.
(Representative Darby now present.)
Testimony taken/registration recorded. (See attached witness list.)
(Representative Harper-Brown now present.)
(Representative Rodriguez, Eddie now present.)
Representative Darby moved that those committee
members unable to attend today’s meeting be excused due to important business
in their districts. There was no
objection.
(Representative Martinez, "Mando" now
present.)
At 3:22 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without
objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
