Pursuant to a notice posted on July 16, 2012, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Transit Operations, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harper-Brown, at 10:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harper-Brown; Fletcher; and Lavender.
