Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2011, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 4:07 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Alvarado; Callegari; King, Phil; Parker; Paxton; and Simpson.

A quorum was present.

At 6:42 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
