On May 9, 2011, the House Committee on Urban Affairs
authorized the correction of the minutes
for the meeting of the House Committee on Urban Affairs held on April 13, 2011.
The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2011, and an
announcement from the House floor to meet at 5:30p.m., the House Committee on
Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Dutton, at 5:37 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as
follows: Representatives Dutton;
Callegari; Mallory Caraway; King, Phil; and Simpson.
A quorum was present.

Representative Alvarado moved that HB 43,
