Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 5, 2011, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a formal meeting to consider H.B.1818, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 9:48 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Alvarado; Gutierrez; Paxton; and Simpson.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Simpson moved that HB 1818, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Dutton; Alvarado; Gutierrez; Parker; Paxton; Simpson (6).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Callegari; King, Phil; Mallory Caraway (3).

 

At 9:50 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
