Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
May 5, 2011, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a formal meeting to
consider H.B.1818, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton,
at 9:48 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
