Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
May 13, 2011, and permission being granted to meet on May 13, 2011, while the
house was in session at 2:30p.m., at 3W.15, the House Committee on Urban
Affairs met in a formal meeting to consider pending business and was called to
order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 2:34 p.m.
