Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 2:09 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; Gonzalez, Naomi; Lyne; Martinez Fischer; Murphy; and Ritter.
