Pursuant to a notice posted on April 23, 2012,  revised on April 26, 2012, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 10:06 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; Elkins; Gonzalez, Naomi; and Ritter.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 1:44 p.m., on the motion of Representative Hilderbran and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
