Pursuant to a notice posted on September 6, 2012, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative John Otto, at 10:11 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Elkins; Gonzalez, Naomi; and Ritter.
