Pursuant to a notice posted on November 16, 2012, revised on November 16, 2012, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 9:42 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; Murphy; and Ritter.
