Investor-Owned Water Utilities in Rural & Unincorporated Areas of the
Senate Committee on Business & Commerce was held on Thursday, July 28,

The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM.
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The
Subcommittee received invited and public testimony on investor-owned water
utilities in rural and unincorporated areas (see attached witness list).
There
being no further business, at 3:40 p.m. Senator Watson moved that the Subcommittee
stand recessed subject to the call of the Chair. Without objection, it
was so ordered.
