Senator Ogden laid out SB 1 as pending business.

shown on the attached list.

At 10:45 AM Senator Hinojosa moved that that
Committee stand recessed until 45 minutes after adjournment of the Senate. Without objection, it was so ordered.
At 1:01 PM Senator Ogden reconvened the hearing.
