Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Subcommittee on Medicaid was held on Monday, February 14, 2011, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.036, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 9:04 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The chair called the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to provide invited testimony (see attached witness list).

At 9:38 AM Senator Hinojosa assumed the chair.

At 9:42 AM Senator Nelson resumed the chair.

There being no further business, at 11:06 AM Senator Nelson moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
