The chair called the meeting to order at 12:42 PM. The following business was transacted:

The chair opened public testimony. No witnesses registered.

There being no further business, at 12:43 PM Senator Shapiro moved that the committee stand

recessed until March 2, 2011; without objection, it was so ordered.
