There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The Subcommittee on Water Utilities in Rural &
Unincorporated Areas received invited and public testimony on investor-owned
water utilities in rural and unincorporated areas. Witnesses registering are shown on the
attached list.
There being no further business, at 3:40 p.m.
Senator Nichols moved that the
Subcommittee stand recessed subject to the call of the Chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
