Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with HCR 63, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Economic Development, Select was held on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 9:05 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The following members arrived after the roll was called: Representative John Davis and Senator Florence Shapiro.

The chair requested updates from each of the four sub-groups for the Select Committee on Economic development.

Witnesses testifying and registering on are shown on the attached list.

The chair moved that the public testimony be closed; without objection, it was so ordered.

There being no further business, at 11:45 AM Senator Shapiro moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
