Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with HCR 63, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Oversight of Windstorm Insurance was held on Thursday, November 1, 2012, in the Capitol Extension, E1.014 (Hearing Room).

Co-chair Representative Larry Taylor called the meeting to order at 10:20 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: the Committee heard testimony from invited and public witnesses. Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.

 

The chair moved that the public testimony be closed; without objection, it was so ordered. There being no further business, at 2:40 PM Senator Van de Putte moved that that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
