The subcommittee will hear invited testimony providing an update on the Affordable Care Act.

The subcommittee will hear invited testimony on the current infrastructure and funding mechanisms for mental health services in both rural and urban areas throughout the state.  The subcommittee will hear invited testimony on innovative local programs that could be expanded, as well as other successful delivery and financial models.

The subcommittee will also hear invited testimony on the Disproportionate Share Hospital Program.
